Caitlin Reid is an organizer at Minnesota Association of Professional Employees (MAPE) where she works with members to build power to positively impact their workplaces and the community.

Before joining MAPE, Caitlin taught early elementary school in St. Paul Public Schools and was an avid union activist and leader. She served on the St. Paul Federation of Educators bargaining team, Executive Board, and as a steward in her building.

Caitlin lives in St. Paul with her husband and three kids.
