Dr. Megan Brown

Megan Brown is a professor in the Masters of Advocacy and Political Leadership (MAPL) program at Metro State University in St. Paul, where she is the coordinator of the Labor Organizing and Leadership concentration. Before joining the Metro State faculty, she worked in strategic research for SEIU Healthcare 775NW, and has since completed projects with the Musician’s Union and the International Transport Worker Federation. She earned her PhD in Geography from the University of Washington and Masters in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University. Her work focuses on connecting the classroom and the ongoing struggle for worker justice.
